Our name is based on the Latin word ‘una’ meaning together, because we believe in the power of collaboration and co-creation, to help everyone succeed. And we know it takes a village to deliver change. Our values are collaboration, agility and being human-led (CAB).

As we continue to grow our business, it’s vital that we make sure we’re on the right track, hold ourselves to account, and constantly reimagine how to deliver brilliant change experiences to organisations and our stakeholders – including the next generation.
We’re proud to have an Uuna Advisory Board, officially formalised earlier this year, that represents the communities we are in service of to increase our impact: our clients, consultants and local community – including GenZ thinkers so we’re innovating for the future.
We meet virtually four times a year – in person where possible.

What is it?
The Change Collective is our community for independent, brilliant practitioners working in business change to share ideas and advice, join discussion events and hear about opportunities to work together.
The group is free to join.
Our aim is to create a powerful community that together, the improves the experience of change across the world and attracts the best people in change who – quite simply – want to do change better.
For independent practitioners working in change: we run The Change Collective WhatsApp group:
💡 Knowledge sharing events: Hear about events to engage in discussions virtually and in person to uncover new perspectives in change. Including in person meet ups and regular virtual lean change events such as a ‘lean coffee or a focus chair’ to help practitioners ideate as a group on how to solve live change challenges (anonymised) that people are facing.
