
Recently, we hosted The Collabor-a-thon – a dynamic brainstorming exercise in small groups, designed to generate and prioritise solutions to tackle big change challenges.

Try this in your organisation: gather a diverse group with a clear problem to solve, in a time boxed way, gather insights about the challenge, generate options, and prioritise actions based on impact and effort/cost, and watch as fresh ideas and actionable strategies emerge.
