Talking change real at Nottingham Business School

We had a fantastic conversation with Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, hosted by Veronica Watson.

At Uuna we’re passionate about guiding organisations through the complexities of change with a human-centric approach through our Change Together™ philosophy. We shared real-world examples highlighting the need for a lighter, more adaptive approach to delivering change within organisations, as change remains a constant.

We discussed that:

🔄 Change is not linear; it’s messy and complex

🔄 A light, adaptive change approach is essential – so we can pivot based on how people are responding to change/the changing context

🔄 Building internal change capability is crucial. By involving people in co-creating change solutions, we can sustain energy for it, to manage change ongoing

🔄 Facilitating conversations to align people behind change is at the heart of success. These conversations can be uncomfortable but are necessary for true progress

🔄 Change heightens organisational tension. This tension offers a valuable opportunity to step up to co-create, communicate, and lead with humans at the heart

Thank you to Nottingham Business School for inviting us!
