Stuart has helped some of the world’s largest brands achieve success with complex, global ERP-enabled business transformations. In 2021 he delivered a successful turnaround of a failing SAP enabled HR Transformation at major high-street retailer.
Engaged as a specialist adviser to companies, Stuart is known for a highly structured approach to identifying and addressing the obstacles that can otherwise hold programmes back from successful delivery.
He provides both challenge and mentoring / support to help leaders genuinely engage their teams and achieve the org-wide ‘lean in’ that is necessary to achieve success. His experience includes over 10 full project lifecycles, a wide range of enabling tech including SAP, Oracle and Microsoft packages.
