NextGen representation on our advisory board

We recently held our second Uuna Advisory Board meeting, celebrating:

  • Doubling our impact across 24/25 in clients and revenue
  • Becoming a B Corp
  • Helping clients build internal change capability through Lean Change

But beyond the celebrations, we focused on:

  • Talking more about the value we deliver (we’re British!)
  • Sharing learnings to support best practices across the change industry
  • Co-creating with our consultants to shape the future of Uuna

One thing we’ve been intentional about is NextGen representation on our Advisory Board. Change shapes the future of work. Having younger voices at the table is essential.

I recently met Lea Marlen Fischer, one of our brilliant NextGen board members, and she’s incredibly talented. Her strategic thinking, warmth, and energy make her insights powerful. On top of her role in strategy and corporate development, she leads her organisation’s Young Professionals Network, helping early career talent connect, grow, and lead.

Diversity of thought, and generations learning from each other, is key to business success. When we create space for different perspectives, we build stronger, more adaptable workplaces.

With this in mind we’re running a webinar on managing change with NextGen in mind in the first half of the year – keep an eye out for that.
