What do we mean by people-led ERP change and how do you get to it?
We recently ran a Change Collective event where we talked about how to deliver People-led ERP.
But what do we mean by People-led? 🤝 We defined it as:
Focusing on engaging employees as key stakeholders and co-creators of change, rather than change being a ‘tell’ from leadership. Key aspects:
• Having a clear ‘why’ for change and clear change outcomes identified 🏆
• Executive/leader alignment behind the change outcomes 🔑
• Effective organisational engagement via meaningful dialogue 🗣️
