Discovery interviews – and content gathering with programme team to understand people/ process challenges/ opportunities, and aspects of culture to evolve, start and stop.
Defined a clear vision – Led North Star vision workshops in relation to the programme to articulate the business purpose, success factors, and cultural priorities.
Audited change communications – Assessed internal messaging and provided targeted recommendations to enhance clarity and engagement.
Developed a strategic roadmap – Facilitated workshops to identify transformation priorities, set timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Aligned leadership messaging – Created a cohesive narrative and visual materials for the Global Leadership Conference, demonstrating how the programme drives company strategy.
