What we did
Assessed the current landscape – Engaged stakeholders, identified gaps, and reviewed existing governance structures to establish a clear baseline.
Developed a Governance Framework – Created key documents, including a Programme Initiation Document (PID), Terms of Reference, and a structured resource profile to define roles and responsibilities.
Implemented structured governance – Set up a Steering Committee with key decision-makers and standardised reporting through a workstream dashboard and Steering slide deck.
Optimised project management – Identified and implemented the most effective project management tool to streamline tracking and reporting across the programme.
