The organisation, one of the world’s largest specialist recruitment companies, needed to scope, structure, and launch a complex enterprise-wide transformation programme. This required executive alignment, governance setup, and a clear narrative to manage regional sensitivities and drive change effectively.
What we did
Conducted rapid discovery to clarify the business case, desired outcomes, key milestones, and critical dependencies..
Held one-on-one listening sessions with executive team members and workshops to shape the case for change, define leadership roles, and address challenges. Facilitated an executive offsite to create space for honest, solution-focused discussions.
Created proposals for creation of a right-sized Transformation Office for enterprise-wide change activity including governance, measurement, PMO. Included specialist work to bring together a corporate strategy based on the future organisation.
Assessed the people impact of change, leading to a structured three-month engagement plan with leader-led conversations, a transformation narrative co-created with the Executive, and a global communications strategy.
