Creating a compelling global narrative to align leaders and inspire employees around change

Client challenge

The organisation sought to align leadership around a clear, cohesive approach to delivering complex change. Leadership communication and company vision needed strengthening, as reflected in employee feedback. Establishing a unified global narrative was essential to driving engagement and clarity.

What we did

Engaged leadership for insights – Conducted deep-dive interviews with 12 Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members and analysed existing change-related messaging and communication channels.​

Developed a single source of truth – Created a comprehensive positioning paper to clarify the organisation’s change narrative, peer-reviewed by ELT members and signed off by the CEO.

Built and embedded a dynamic global narrative – Transformed the positioning paper into a living company narrative with leadership guidance and supporting visual materials.

Ensured sustainability and governance – Established a dedicated digital channel for leaders to access the narrative, with document control and governance in place for future iterations.
