Bringing Lean Change to life in Canada

Maple syrup, lean change and Pierre 🍁

We’ve just got back from a week in Canada where we’ve been privileged to continue to help our wonderful client to build a people-led, feedback driven and co-created lean change approach into their Oracle ERP roll out.

We’ve spent four days generating and prioritising over 150+ ideas to ultimately improve the ‘end-user’ experience, including ‘unicorns’ (high value, low cost) and the team have shown up each day with their A game.

The best thing was meeting so many wonderful people, sharing their feelings, the messy, the hard, the honest and coming together to think brilliantly.

We were especially delighted to meet Pierre who has worked for 50 years at Pork and Pickle and told us his story.

What an honour it is to do what we do.

An amazing team made it possible this week. With special thanks to Daniel Barnby.

Lean change is a very practical philosophy which recognises change is not linear. Based on co-creation, meaningful dialogue and experiments, it’s an outstanding way to build capability, including of non change managers, so our organisations are future ready. And we love to chat about it 😃
