Our Vision is is to improve the employee experience of change across the world one nudge at a time.

Our name is based on the Latin word ‘una’ meaning together, because we believe in the power of collaboration to help everyone succeed.

The community is private and all client work is anonymised / does not breach agreements.
How does this differ to a recruitment company?
We’re different to a recruitment company because we are change experts placing change experts. We provide change consultancy, quality assurance and business continuity to our clients by leveraging our brilliant community to deliver solutions – meaning more specialist brain power and more experience. We coach our expert collaborators to work to our models and high standards as part of our community of practice. And we check in regularly with our clients on progress. Whilst in role, you benefit from access to many smart change collaborators to help you solve problems and deliver benefits for your client.
And when we place a team of change professionals across an organisation, we make sure we’re all working together to identify opportunities and remove blockers as a highly successful team.
