Conducted rapid discovery – Interviewed leaders and analysed employee engagement survey data to understand key concerns and communication gaps.

Engaged regional teams – Held listening sessions with regional communications and People & Culture leads to capture diverse perspectives.

Developed a people-centred change principles – Co-created guiding principles that placed people at the heart of change communications in think tank sessions with communications, People and Culture and Programme Leads.

Refined communication strategy – Developed a communications guidance document to shift the focus from results and performance to a more people-centric approach, ensuring consistency across all messaging.

Adapted communication strategy – Developed a communications guidance document to balance the focus from profit performance with a people-centric approach, ensuring consistency across all messaging.

Embedded change narrative – Drafted a refreshed narrative, shared communications guidance, and integrated the new change principles into programme materials.
