Client challenge

The global client sought to enhance their technology portfolio governance to improve efficiency, streamline updates, and establish a more structured, scalable process.

What we did

Assessed and streamlined processes – Evaluated the existing technology portfolio, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Established a structured intake process – Designed a Front Door Request system to manage new technology demands effectively.

Consolidated and optimised tracking – Reviewed existing trackers with stakeholders, validated active projects, consolidated them into one, and moved pipeline projects into a remediation tracker.

Standardised update processes – Created and published a new ways of working framework, introduced a central PMO mailbox, and launched an MS Teams site for streamlined updates and final tracker publication.

Established governance and review cycles – Implemented structured monthly steering meetings to validate updates, ensuring consistency and alignment across all stakeholders.
